The results of the first tests carried out in the microbrewery in Boecillo (Spain) BDI biotech to test and evaluate the efficiency of reusing the yeast extract and B-glucan in the brewery process, have been transferred to be scaled.
Anheuser-Busch InBev is already performing the tests and validating the process at large scale!
