LIFE YEAST project staff participated in the 7th International Conference on Sustainable Solid Waste Management, Heraklion 2019, celebrated from 26 to 29 June 2019 in Heraklion (Greece).
During the event the results about the production of yeast extract from spent brewer’s yeast at pilot scale were presented. Besides, other projects with similar and complementary issues and with participants interested in learning about the valorisation of waste and circular economy were contacted.
